Collaboration: Mindfulness Meditation with Dr. Rebecca Kinsey

Collaboration: Mindfulness Meditation with Dr. Rebecca Kinsey

Life moves fast. It's easy to get swept up in the pace and forget to check in with yourself. But your body is always communicating with you…sometimes with a whisper, sometimes with a roar. The key is learning how to tune in. And that’s what this guided experience is all about.

This guided mindfulness meditation and sound experience is designed to help you slow down, land in the present moment, and gently reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence. Through the breath, body awareness, and sound, we’ll create space for you to notice what your system might be trying to tell you - physically, emotionally, energetically.

Just like your body tells you when you’re hungry, tired, or need a break, it can also offer insight into what you need on a deeper level…if you’re willing to listen. Our time together is about giving your nervous system a moment to settle so that you can hear that inner signal a little more clearly.

At the very least, you’ll leave feeling a bit more grounded, a bit more you.

Dr. Rebecca Kinsey, a licensed counseling psychologist specializing in anxiety, stress management, and trauma, will guide us through the mindfulness meditation before I begin the sound bath. Her approach helps cultivate presence and awareness, allowing you to attune to your body's subtle cues and emotional needs.

Hosted at Singleton Coaching, a cozy and quiet studio with ample parking across the street from the Carmel City Center.

Investment: $40

This experience is limited to 15 attendees.

Bonus: Dr. Kinsey will have her beautiful wellness journal, Navigating Wellness, available for purchase at the event - perfect if you’re looking to deepen your reflections or support your practice at home.

Collaboration: A Mindful Movement + Sound Experience

Relax, Reset, Restore: A Mindful Movement + Sound Experience

May is Mental Health Awareness Month - and what better way to honor it than by connecting deeply with your body and nervous system in a way that feels actually restorative (read: no sweating required)?

Join movement pro Alexa Singleton and me for a special 90-minute experience that blends gentle somatic movement, self-myofascial release, and a deeply relaxing sound bath. You'll leave feeling lighter, looser, and like you just hit the reset button on your nervous system.
(No flexibility, fitness level, or any prior experience required: just come as you are.)

What to Expect:

  • All movement will be on the ground (seated or lying down).

  • Alexa will guide you through somatic movement—she’ll give a quick intro, then lead you through practices designed to gently move stuck energy.

  • You'll then learn myofascial release techniques using a tennis ball (BYO ball or borrow one from us), so you can take this self-care tool with you into your everyday life.

  • After your body feels looser, lighter, and more at ease, I will lead a guided body scan and restorative sound bath to help you fully drop into stillness and calm.

This class is designed to support your nervous system, your mental health, and your body awareness—because honestly, it's all connected.

🗓 Sunday, May 4 | 🕐 1:30–3:00 PM | 💲$40/person
📍Singleton Coaching (Carmel)

No experience necessary. Just bring yourself (and a tennis ball if you have one!).
