Daylight Savings Time Sound Bath (Public Class)

We’re “Springing Forward” on Sunday, March 9th and the timing of this sound bath will help you adjust more seamlessly to the negative impacts of the Daylight Savings Time time change. Give your nervous system a break, experience deep relaxation and prime your brain for a great night of sleep. The best part? All you have to do is show up.

The Setting: Singleton Coaching is a private endurance training studio located in Merchant’s Square, across the street from the Carmel City Center. They have a dedicated parking lot and ample parking. The studio is warm, quiet and dark - the perfect sound bath setting.

Props Available: This studio does not provide props. You are highly encouraged to bring your own (particularly pillows and blankets) to help support your comfort during the sound bath. Your booking confirmation email will contain all of the information you need regarding what to wear and bring to have the best and most comfortable experience possible.

Class Capacity: 20

Investment: $30

The DST Edition: The timing of this sound bath will help you mitigate and adjust more seamlessly to the negative impacts of the Daylight Savings Time time change.

Find stillness, take an intentional pause to end one week and begin again. Give your nervous system a break, experience deep relaxation and prime your brain for a great night of sleep entering the new week. The best part? All you have to do is show up.

The Setting: Barre Ripple is a second story studio above Bobby Cooper Salon located in the heart of Broad Ripple on 65th Street. They have a dedicated parking lot and plenty of designated parking on 65th Street. This barre studio has premium padded floors for optimal comfort during your sound bath. It features West-facing windows so it is bright during the day and dark in the evening.

Props Available: Barre Ripple provides plush mats to aid your comfort during class. There are 10 bolsters and weighted eye pillows available on a first come, first serve basis. You are highly encouraged to bring your own (particularly pillows and blankets) to help support your comfort during the sound bath. Your booking confirmation email will contain all of the information you need regarding what to wear and bring to have the best and most comfortable experience possible.

Spring Equinox Sound Bath (Public Class)

Find balance and welcome Spring with a restorative sound bath and an equinox-themed mochi donut. Give your nervous system a break, experience deep relaxation and prime your brain for a great night of sleep. The best part? All you have to do is show up.

The Setting: Mochi Joy is Indy’s first mochi donut shop, located on 96th Street in Fishers. The shop features a bright, airy vibe with live plants everywhere that are available from Ginger Root, another local small business. It is impeccably clean, quiet and with west-facing windows, it is bright during the day and dark in the evening. (The sun will set at 7:57pm on the equinox so it will be bright when we start and get darker as the sound bath progresses.)

Props Available: As this is a donut shop versus a studio, there are no props provided. You are highly encouraged to bring your own (particularly pillows and blankets) to help support your comfort during the sound bath. Your booking confirmation email will contain all of the information you need regarding what to wear and bring to have the best and most comfortable experience possible.
