Indy Surviveoars (Private Event)

This group sound session is offered to the members of Indy SurviveOars, Indiana's first and only breast cancer dragon boat racing team. These women show up with extraordinary strength to compete, week after week. This session creates dedicated space to soften, downshift and let the body be cared for.

Through guided relaxation and restorative sound, participants will be supported in settling the nervous system and arriving in a state of effortless, receptive rest — the kind of recovery that complements the physical and emotional demands of both competition and survivorship.

This is the second consecutive year bringing sound to this community, and it remains one of the most meaningful sessions of the year.

Butler University (Private School Event)

Butler University (Private School Event)

Once a month, Butler University opens its doors to a guided sound meditation session available to every student, faculty member, and staff on campus. No registration, no commitment, no experience necessary. Just show up, lie down, and let the sound do the work.

This monthly session is sponsored by the Office of the Provost, a detail that speaks to Butler's deep understanding of how mental health and nervous system regulation directly affect the quality of learning, teaching, and work happening on campus every day.

Research consistently shows that chronic stress takes a measurable toll on mood, cognitive function, and overall well-being, and college campuses are not exempt. Students navigating academic pressure and faculty and staff managing the demands of a thriving institution are all operating in an environment that asks a lot. Sound meditation offers something rare in that context: a complete rest that requires nothing in return.

Through guided mindfulness and restorative sound, participants are supported in downregulating the stress response and settling into a state of deep rest, helping to restore mental clarity, stabilize mood, and build the emotional resilience that makes it possible to show up fully for the work and life happening around them.

In a landscape where student and employee well-being is increasingly recognized as central to institutional excellence, Butler's commitment to making this experience monthly, accessible, and free sets a standard worth noticing.

PLEASE NOTE: The location for these sessions changes monthly. If you have any questions, please email Rebecca DeGrazia.

1:1 Session (Private)

This private one-on-one session offers a local internal medicine physician dedicated space to unplug, breathe, and reset, away from the ongoing demands of clinical care and constant decision-making. Designed as part of a consistent self-care rhythm, these sessions support nervous system regulation so she can continue showing up with clarity and presence for her patients.

Through guided relaxation and restorative sound, the focus is on deep rest and recovery rather than productivity. Regular engagement with this work allows the body and mind to recognize safety more quickly, supporting cumulative benefits over time rather than one-off relief.

Private 1:1 sessions are available for professionals seeking ongoing nervous system support, burnout prevention, and a sustainable approach to care.

Citizens Energy Group (Private Corporate Event)

This employee session at Citizens Energy Group is offered in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, a dedicated hour for staff to step away from the demands of the workday and simply receive.

Research consistently shows that chronic stress takes a measurable toll on mood, cognitive function, and overall well-being. In today's workplace, most recovery tools ask something of us: effort, consistency, a learning curve. This modality is different. Participants lie down, close their eyes, and let the sound do the work.

Through guided mindfulness and restorative sound, participants are supported in downregulating the stress response and settling into a state of deep rest. The experience invites a shift out of "doing mode", helping to restore mental clarity, stabilize mood, and build the emotional resilience that sustains performance over time.

For an organization in the business of powering communities, investing in the energy of their own people is a natural extension of that mission.

Mother’s Day Reset Sound Bath (Community Class)

One hour. Just for you.

Mother's Day weekend means something different to everyone. For some it's celebration, for some it's grief, for some it's the quiet wish that someone would just ask what you need for once. Whatever this Sunday holds for you, you are welcome here.

The Sunday Reset is a deeply restorative sound bath experience designed to help you arrive fully in your body, exhale the weight of the week, and remember what it feels like to just be. Immersive frequencies support your nervous system in settling down and shifting into parasympathetic repair — breath slows, thoughts soften, the body grows heavier and more grounded. Sleep comes more easily. The week begins with more clarity and steadiness.

There's nothing to prepare. Nothing to perform. Just an hour to receive.

If you've spent this weekend pouring into everyone else, let this be the moment you pour back into yourself. You don't have to earn this rest. You just have to show up.

All are welcome. You do not need to be a member of Barre Ripple to join us.

Class Flow:

This 60-minute session begins with gentle (and optional) breathwork and a guided meditation. From there, you'll melt into a sound bath designed to calm your mind and support rest and recovery. The entire experience takes place on the floor, seated or lying down, with your comfort as the priority.

Details at a Glance:

Capacity: 17 guests

Investment: $30

The Setting: Our Sunday night sanctuary at Barre Ripple is tucked above Bobby Cooper Salon in the heart of Broad Ripple. The studio features west-facing windows (sunlight by day, serene darkness by night), premium padded floors, and a peaceful vibe that wraps around you the moment you arrive. There is plenty of free designated parking - no need to worry about arriving more frazzled than you already are.

Props + Comfort: Plush mats are available to aid your comfort during class. There are 10 bolsters available on a first come, first serve basis. You are highly encouraged to bring your own props (particularly pillows and blankets) to help support your comfort during the sound bath. Your booking confirmation email will contain all of the information you need regarding what to wear and bring to have the best and most comfortable experience possible.

The Sunday Reset Sound Bath (Community Class)

The Sunday Reset Sound Bath (Community Class)

The week ends here.

Sunday night is a threshold: The week behind you, the week ahead, and a brief window in between where you get to choose how you want to cross it.

This intentional pause is designed to help you inhabit that space fully.

During this hour, the layered tones and frequencies do the heavy lifting, guiding your brain and body toward slower, more restful rhythms without any effort on your part. Come as you are, get comfortable, and let the combination of stillness and sound do the rest.

Choosing to pause at this threshold can shift the way you move through everything that follows.

All are welcome. You do not need to be a member of Barre Ripple to join us.

Female Founders Accelerator (Private)

Female Founders Accelerator (Private)

This private session was designed for a group of female physician-entrepreneurs gathering for a multi-day business retreat. Rather than filling every moment with content and strategy, the retreat organizer, Dr. Matthea Rentea, carved out intentional space for her attendees to decompress, drop in, and reconnect with themselves, recognizing that the most powerful professional work happens from a regulated nervous system.

Through live sound and guided relaxation, participants are supported in releasing the accumulated tension of high-stakes careers and the mental load of building a business, so they can return to the rest of their retreat feeling grounded, clear, and present.

Arsenal Tech Football (Private School Event)

At the invitation of Dr. Elaine Gilbert, pediatric psychologist with Riley Children's Health, I'm returning this year as part of Arsenal Tech's Mental Resiliency Training, a pilot program designed to bring sports psychology directly into the lives of student-athletes at one of Indianapolis's most storied high schools.

The program recognizes something that competitive culture doesn't always make room for: that the ability to regulate, recover, and reset is not separate from athletic performance — it's what makes sustained performance possible. These young men are being given tools that extend well beyond the field.

This session contributes to that foundation. Through guided relaxation and restorative sound, players are invited to settle the nervous system, release the physical and mental tension that accumulates through demanding seasons, and reconnect with a quieter kind of steadiness — one that supports focus, resilience, and presence both on and off the field.

The Village Yoga + Movement

The Village Yoga + Movement

Meet me at the threshold.

This week, I'm bringing the bowls to The Village Yoga + Movement, a brand new heated studio in SoBro.

Whether you're a Village member, a Sunday Reset regular, or you just found this page because you've been looking for a sound bath to try — you're welcome here. This experience is for everyone, and no prior experience with sound meditation is required. Just bring yourself, some cozy props, and an openness to rest.

For an hour, we'll set down the doing and simply receive. Through guided mindfulness and restorative sound, you'll be supported in settling the body, quieting mental noise, and arriving in a state of deep, effortless rest — the kind that's rarely found during the week and surprisingly easy to drop into when the conditions are right.

The Village is building something special in this neighborhood: a space for the in-between, the breath, the pause. This offering feels like a natural fit and I hope you’ll join us.

$30 per person. Registration through The Village.

Central Indiana Oncology Nursing Society (Private Event)

Central Indiana Oncology Nursing Society (Private Event)

Central Indiana Oncology Nursing Society | RESET: Called to Care

I'm partnering with the Central Indiana Oncology Nursing Society for a private sound session at RESET — a full-day restorative experience designed especially for nurses who care for cancer patients, created by a hematology oncology nurse practitioner who understands from the inside what this profession asks and what it costs.

Oncology nurses show up daily in the space between hope and uncertainty, holding steady for patients and families in some of the most tender moments of human experience. RESET creates a rare day to step out of that role entirely — to be fed, to be in community with others who truly understand, and to engage with speakers and experiences designed around one question: how do we keep ourselves whole while caring for others?

The day closes with a 75-minute sound bath — a chance to integrate everything the morning and afternoon stirred, settle the nervous system, and leave feeling grounded rather than spent. After a day that includes sessions on personal resilience, chronic exposure to grief and loss, and workplace culture, this is the exhale the whole day has been building toward.

Registration for RESET is just $25, with most of the event sponsored — an extraordinary value for an extraordinary day. If you're an oncology nurse or nurse practitioner in Indiana, you can register here.

If you would like to learn more about offering this experience as part of your event,

Friends Birthday Session (Private Event)

Friends Birthday Session (Private Event)

This birthday celebration begins not with noise, but with presence. Before the festivities unfold, a best friend and her people gather for a private sound bath designed to do what the best celebrations actually do: slow time down and make space for what matters most.

This session offers a chance to settle in, release the energy of ordinary life, and arrive fully to the moment. Through gentle guided meditation and immersive sound, the group is invited to exhale together — reconnecting with the joy, gratitude, and warmth that anchors a friendship worth celebrating.

There is something beautifully intentional about marking a birthday this way…. not just the passage of time, but honoring the person, the bond, and the next chapter ahead.
