It’s not just you. Life moves fast - and our nervous systems are struggling to keep up. Join therapist Maggie McGrann of Magus Counseling and me for a four-part, biweekly workshop series designed to help you ground, restore, and reconnect…without having to flee the country or pretend the stock market isn’t keeping you up at night.

This is real-world regulation for real-world stress.


Each 90-minute session includes:

  • 💡 Simple nervous system tools you can use every day

  • 🔊 Sound bath experiences to soothe and restore

  • ✍️ Guided journaling to reconnect with yourself

  • 🫂 Supportive group discussions that don’t require oversharing (unless you want to)

All in a welcoming space where being human is not only allowed—it’s encouraged.
