This is a workplace session for the Ambulatory Care Integration team at Eskenazi Health to help them disconnect from work for an hour to find deep rest, relaxation and grounding. Nestled between Thanksgiving and Christmas, this is the perfect opportunity to regroup after and ahead of typically very busy times.
